I bet many musicians may think they are acronyms like "I Sound Really Cool"

Nooooooooooooooooo!!!!!!!!!

You must know them in order to fill in on some uploading forms like SoundCloud uploader or you may be losing some royalties.
A UPC (Universal Product Code) or EAN (International Article Number) is a unique code used to identify a product, such as an album, single or ringtone.

ISRC = International Standard Recording Code
You can find your ISRC codes on the dashboard of your aggregator (TuneCore, CDbaby, etc.)

ISRC enables recordings to be uniquely and permanently identified.
ISRC helps to avoid ambiguity and simplifies the management of rights when recordings are used across different formats, distribution channels or products.
The ISRC for a recording remains a fixed point of reference when the recording is used across different services, across borders, or under different licensing deals.
ISRCs are issued by IFPI

UPCs are issued by GS1
